Gameplay
At the beginning, the player only has access to a dash, jump, attack and a healing item known as fire essence. After death, you lose all ore aggregated and respawn at the last Fire Shrine visited.[1]
Plot
The setting is a dark castle in the sky known as Penumbra. The player is an Umbra, a creature infused with both fire and shadow, who must fight to save Penumbra from a war between five Gods and the Black Shadow, an entity that has corrupted most of the castle.[1]
