The test requires participants to complete a sequence of shuttle runs over 60m, 40m, and 20m. Once the 5th set is completed, the time is noted[1].
The world record for the fasted recorded Bronco Test was set by Hugo Keenan, who completed it in four minutes and eleven seconds[2]
