Bruce Leo Hack was born on February 15, 1949. He has served as a director of the Company since July 2023 served as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of BLH Venture, LLC,[1] a strategic and financial advisory firm, since 2010.

Biography
Prior to founding BLH Venture, LLC, Mr. Hack served as an Executive Vice Chairman of Activision Blizzard from 2008 to 2009 and Chief Executive Officer of Vivendi Games from 2004 to 2008.
Hack also served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors for Universal Music Group, Inc. from 1998 to 2001 and Chief Financial Officer of Universal Studios, Inc. from 1995 to 1998.
In addition, Hack served as the Executive Chairman of PowerUP Acquisition Corporation from January 2021 to August 2023, was previously Director then Chairman of Technicolor, Inc. from 2010 to 2019, and served as director of Mimedx Group, Inc. from 2010 to 2019. Mr. Hack received his B.A. from Cornell University and his M.B.A from the University of Chicago.[2]
