Early Life
Bowditch was born in Australia, where she spent the first five years of her life in an agricultural college in the middle of the Australian bush, where her Dad was a lecturer.[2] Later she attended Deacon University worked for student services as an admin assistant.[2] She later moved to Edinburgh, Scotland, where she spent 16 years of her life, before moving back to Australia in July 2018.[1]
Career
Bowditch was an active member of the Scottish Dance Theatre in Dundee, where her job title was ‘Dance Agent for Change.'[2] In 2019-2020, with the help of the Australia Council for the Arts, Caroline took part in the prestigious CEO Leadership course at Harvard Business School.[1] In 2017, Caroline was an Associated Artist with Dance 4, Paragon Ensemble and Imaginate.[3]
