Overview
Typical commercial preparations list the major ingredient as "meat including chicken" with about 60 to 70% Chicken and , basic spices and Binders such as Starch or Soy Protein.
It is mostly put in Sandwiches or Salads with Mayonnaise and Lettuce.
There are Two different names for the Chicken loaf as of "Chicken loaf", or "Chicken roll" which can be found at Australian or New Zealand Supermarkets.
