All the Bjaks
Hey Bon', thanks for the reminder that this Bjak thing is not a new thing but an old... uh, friend. I've seen these at Bjak, Bjak Group and Bjak.my, each one also in ALL CAPS, and the whole lot in both the draft and main spaces, which gives me 12 titles – do you remember any other variants? I'm going to try to plug this particular time sink a bit, by protecting the main space titles, but leaving the draft ones open as honey pots. Thoughts? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:04, 5 January 2026 (UTC)
- @DoubleGrazing: Bjak.com, praps? I think it's a good idea to keep the drafts unprotected. --bonadea contributions talk 12:06, 5 January 2026 (UTC)
- Yeah, the .com domain is theirs, so probably worth including in this. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:10, 5 January 2026 (UTC)
- Sure enough, Draft:Bjak.com has already been tried. Good catch, thanks! -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:13, 5 January 2026 (UTC)
- And meanwhile, I am disappearing down the rabbit hole of all the Joe Bartolozzis! I wonder if it's a meme somewhere. --bonadea contributions talk 12:09, 5 January 2026 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Park Jeong-koo
Hello Bonadea, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Park Jeong-koo, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: The reason given is not a valid speedy deletion criterion. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. CoconutOctopus talk 09:18, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
- @CoconutOctopus: Fair enough – I thought it was an IAR situation, but that's of course always a matter of individual judgment. I will draftify and redirect instead, which amounts to the same thing. --bonadea contributions talk 09:24, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
- If it has been draftified already and the author recreated it that counts as an objection to draftificatiom per WP:DRAFTNO. I would suggest a BLPPROD or AfD rather than draftifying again, as it's likely to just be moved back a third time. CoconutOctopus talk 09:29, 7 January 2026 (UTC)

Regarding Draft:Adel Adili
Regarding Draft:Adel Adili - Feedback from MCA Timber Editorial Team Hi Bonadea, I am writing to you on behalf of the editorial team at MCA Timber regarding the recent "Reject" status of the draft for Adel Adili. We were quite concerned by the decision, as it seems there has been a significant misunderstanding of both the artist’s professional standing and the intent behind recent edits. Mr. Adili is a visual artist with over 35 years of experience in the global VFX industry, including lead creative roles in major international cinema. We would like to clarify two points: Technical confusion: The recent removal of templates (blanking) was not a bad-faith attempt to disrupt the page. Our team was simply trying to resolve the "Invalid topic" red-flag notifications that appeared on the dashboard. As we are still learning the technical intricacies of Wikipedia’s interface, this was a naive attempt to "fix" a visual error, not to hide previous review history. Identity Correction: A major reason for this draft is that "Adel Adili" is currently linked on various film pages to an unrelated athlete (Adel Adili ). We are attempting to provide a properly sourced biography to ensure Wikipedia’s internal linking for these major film projects is accurate. We believe the sources provided, such as Entrepreneur and Firstpost, meet the criteria for significant coverage. If the rejection is based on a specific professional evaluation of the portfolio's merit, we would appreciate a detailed explanation so we can understand why such a high-profile career is being deemed "not notable". We hope we can move past the technical misunderstandings and focus on the factual merits of the subject's career. Best regards, Editorial Team, MCA Timber MCA Timber (talk) 16:45, 26 January 2026 (UTC)

G2 Capital Advisors
I moved/renamed Draft:G2 Capital Advisors and was about to decline it as -corp-, but noticed that you declined it as -corp- and -ai- immediately after I renamed it. What was your basis for thinking that it was the product of a large language model? Is it the multiple bulleted lists with asterisks, or is there another AI tell? Robert McClenon (talk) 20:08, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Robert McClenon: The bulleted lists was the first tell I noticed, but in addition half of the sources are nonexistent. --bonadea contributions talk 20:33, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you. I have tagged it for G15 because of the fictitious references. Robert McClenon (talk) 17:45, 19 February 2026 (UTC)

Hi @Bonadea,
Hope you are doing well.
I have now added all the possible links that were available to the draft. Request you to have a look at it again and let me know if the article still needs improvements. I am new to Wikipedia and trying to understand how it works. Hope I can contribute positively. Decemberbaby0612 (talk) 15:33, 27 February 2026 (UTC)
- Hi @Decemberbaby0612: thanks for your message! When you think the draft is ready for another review, click the blue "Resubmit" button on the previous decline notice. Regarding Draft:Surya Sonal Singh
Hello Bonadea, I have updated the draft for Surya Sonal Singh with more reliable national and regional news sources (News18, Dainik Bhaskar, Patrika) to address the notability concerns you mentioned. I have also refined the content to ensure it is neutral and strictly based on these reports. Could you please take a look when you have a moment? Thank you. dinesh kumar (talk) 09:14, 1 March 2026 (UTC)
Subject: Apology regarding Draft:Surya Sonal Singh
Dear Bonadea, I sincerely apologize for the accidental removal of the templates. It was an unintentional mistake while I was trying to update the content with new sources. I am a relatively new editor and still learning the technical formatting. I will ensure that the AfC templates remain intact in future edits. Questions about my Draft:Datingscout
Hi, thanks for taking the time to review my Datingscout draft.
I saw the note about the text looking like it may have been generated by a large language model and about promotional or vague wording. I did try to rewrite the article by going back to the sources and summarizing them directly, removed some parts that might sounded too general.
If you have a moment, can you please point out which specific sentences or sections or parts still look problematic (promotional tone, vague wording, etc.)? That would really help me understand what still needs fixing.
Appreciate the review and the time you put into AfC.

Regarding Draft:Dileepa Wickramasekara - Verification Evidence
{{re|Bonadea}} Hello. I have significantly revised the draft for Dileepa Wickramasekara to ensure a neutral, factual tone. I have also officially disclosed my conflict of interest on my user page.
I am reaching out to provide physical verification for the offline secondary sources cited. Recognizing that national print archives in Sri Lanka are often not accessible via URL, I have provided photographs of the physical pages in the folder below. These images show the mastheads, dates, and independent journalistic coverage from Lake House Publications (Tharunee, Sirikitha) and Raginiya:
[external link redacted]
Notability Summary:
- Public Health Education: The subject has a documented history of providing medical expertise to national media. This includes recurring guest spots on Nugasewana (the flagship morning program of the national broadcaster, Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation) and Ada Dawasa (Sirasa TV/NewsFirst).
- Official Records: The draft is anchored by the Gazette of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (No. 2,322), verifying his professional standing.
I believe this independent coverage satisfies the requirements for WP:GNG and WP:DOCTOR. I would appreciate it if you could re-evaluate the draft based on this evidence. Thank you.

- @Hansi Weeragammana: The draft was declined as being clearly LLM generated. I'm afraid your post here also reads like it's written by an AI. Please do not use AI tools to generate text for any Wikipedia pages. In any case, if you believe notability is shown, you can resubmit the draft for review. You do that by clicking the blue "Resubmit" button on the draft. An AI tool you used to edit the draft screwed up thd decline template but I've fixed it for you. --bonadea contributions talk 20:49, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- Hello Bondrea, Thank you for your feedback. i know i was wrong to use Ai tools. from now on i will write by myself, i am not either that much of writer or a expert in english. Since I am new to Wikipedia and i do not get what is the standard structure and i do not know why my text is Promotional. i am seeking your help to rewrite this in a Neutral and standard structure of a article of a doctor and help me find some great secondary sources for this. i hope that you're not made at me for using ai tools to cover my weaknesses Hansi Weeragammana (talk) 09:07, 17 March 2026 (UTC)
Verification of Newspaper Articles in Draft: Dileepa Wickramasekara
I believe I have met GNG and WP:DOCTOR Rules for Notability. you reject my Draft: Dilepa Wickramasekara is Because it is promotional toning and not enough secondary, independent sources like newspaper. But I think you got me wrong because these are not primary sourcers they are secondary sources written by journalists - Nadeesha Athukorala, Nuwantha Pranandu, and Koushani Palliyaguru. I can give proof to verify whether these are real and independent. here is an URL to check those articles written by those journalists.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Wy1UDe3OychwatHcVE4FRdcfY-m5I20e?usp=sharing
I have fully removed the promotional Tone you said with the neutral tone and following Wikipedia Strict rule of WP:NPOV. i kindly request you to recheck my draft of Dileepa Wickramasekara. IF there any issues with my draft, please let me know :) Hansi Weeragammana (talk) 16:21, 17 March 2026 (UTC)

- @AngelicaMorgan: thanks for your message. All I did was restore some Articles for Creation templates that should not be removed until the draft is accepted by a reviewer. You can see my edit here; all edits to a Wikipedia page can be seen in the "History" tab. Please be careful not to remove the templates again – it's not a huge deal, but removing them creates a little more work for your fellow editors. May 2026 Administrator Elections – Candidate Instructions

Thank you for choosing to run in the May 2026 administrator elections. This bulletin contains some important information about the next stages of the election process.
As a reminder, the schedule of the election is:
- May 6–7: Housekeeping phase (we are here)
- May 8–12: Discussion phase
- May 13–19: SecurePoll voting phase
- Scrutineering phase
All times are in UTC. The first date in the range starts at 00:00, and the last date in the range ends at 23:59. So for example, the Discussion phase opens on 8 May 2026 at 00:00 UTC, and ends on 12 May 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
We are currently in the Housekeeping phase. Your candidate subpage will remain closed to questions and discussion. However, this is an excellent opportunity for you to recruit nominators (if you want them) and have them place their nomination statements, and a good time for you to answer the standard three questions, if you have not done so already. We recommend you spend this phase getting your candidate page polished and ready for the next phase.
The discussion phase will take place from May 8–12. Your candidate subpage will open to the public and they will be permitted to discuss you and ask you formal questions, in the same style as a request for adminship (RfA). You are strongly encouraged to be around on those dates to answer the formal questions in a timely manner.
On 13 May, we will start the voting phase. The candidate subpages will close to public questions and discussion, and everyone will have a week to use the SecurePoll software to vote, which uses a secret ballot. Anyone can see who has voted, but not who they voted for. You are permitted and encouraged to vote in the election, including voting for yourself. Please note that the vote totals cannot be made public until after voting has ended and as such, it will not be possible for you to see your vote total during the election.
Once voting concludes, we will begin the scrutineering phase, which does not have an exact end date, but typically takes a few days to a week. Once everything is certified, the results will be posted on the results page (you may want to watchlist this page) and transcluded to the main election page. In order to be granted adminship, you must receive at least 70% support, calculated as support ÷ (support + oppose), and must also have received a minimum of 20 support votes. Because this is a vote and not a consensus, there are no bureaucrat discussions ("'crat chats").
Any questions or issues can be asked on the election talk page. Thank you for your participation as a candidate, and best of luck.
You're receiving this message because you are a candidate in the May 2026 administrator elections.

Draft:Julie Tsirkin
This time I got the issues fixed by claiming independence after reading the WP:GNG guidelines. Now it's ready. RigsTech34 (talk) 03:09, 11 May 2026 (UTC)
- @RigsTech34: It looks like the draft has already been reviewed and declined again, by another reviewer, and I am afraid I agree with the decline. The draft still has no sources that are reliable and independent – news stories she has written or contributed to do not add to her notability (that's something you and I have discussed before). The article in Career Woman INC is pretty clearly an LLM creation, and the remaining sources are name drops, far from significant coverage. --bonadea contributions talk 09:06, 11 May 2026 (UTC)
Request on 20:14:45, 17 May 2026 for assistance on AfC submission by Guwahati editor
I did not create the Ropam Roy draft, but I take the point that the existence of two near-identical drafts strengthens the impression of repeated submissions. The Ropam Roy draft was an earlier version created under a misspelling of the name and then abandoned without requesting deletion. I am disclosing that I have a conflict of interest with respect to this draft. I am an office bearer in the same organisation which Rupam Roy leads. I have not received any payment for editing this draft. I have attempted to write in a neutral encyclopedic tone and have based the content on independent secondary sources rather than material produced by AIBOC, AISBOF, SBIOA, or the subject himself. I welcome review by uninvolved editors and will not contest substantive edits by neutral parties. I accept that COI-driven resubmissions have been part of the problem

A baton for you!
| The admin baton! | |
|
As the no-longer-newest admin it's my honour to continue our "ancient tradition" by passing you a baton. It began when Tamzin bestowed one upon DanCherek, and reached me courtesy of Vacant0. Congratulations on becoming an administrator, and earning an impressive level of community support! I will also pass along some advice from Chaotic Enby: "we have a pretty helpful guide, but the true secret is to be unafraid to ask others for help and guidance. You'll suddenly get so many new buttons, and it's okay to not know what each and every one of them does right off the bat. On your first days, you can start with areas you feel most confident in: there is no pressure to use the tools everywhere at once, or even to use them immediately at all!" Thank you for volunteering to serve this encyclopedia, and I wish you the best of luck with your new tools! ARandomName123 (talk)Ping me! 01:38, 21 May 2026 (UTC) |
- @ARandomName123: Thank you for the shiny new baton, and for the good advice! It is a bit daunting with all the new links showing up around the edges on all pages, but I'm taking it very slowly to begin with. --bonadea contributions talk 09:06, 21 May 2026 (UTC)
- Congrats! Nudge to pass the baton to the next person, Asukite :) HouseBlaster (talk • he/they) 14:57, 22 May 2026 (UTC)
- Oh, of course I should do that. Thanks for the nudge! --bonadea contributions talk 17:15, 24 May 2026 (UTC)
- I feel a bit silly for forgetting, but this is the most hectic time of year at work, so my attention was a bit off. The baton has been passed! --bonadea contributions talk 17:33, 24 May 2026 (UTC)
- Bit of a slow start but these things happens :) CNCin solidarity (talk) 23:14, 24 May 2026 (UTC)

Gowrishankar SRG
Hello. The article should not be speedily deleted because Gowrishankar SRG is a recognised Kannada actor and a recipient of the Critics Best Actor – Kannada award at the 70th Filmfare Awards South for Kerebete, supported by Filmfare coverage and other reliable sources. The article can be improved through normal editing if needed. Thank you. Ambrishallure (talk) 09:10, 26 May 2026 (UTC)
- @Ambrishallure: Please do not use an LLM to communicate, or to write article text. It is true that his name is mentioned in the list of Filmfare winners (but not in any other source, your AI is wrong about that). That is an indication that he might be notable, not a guarantee. I will restore the article to draftspace. Do not move it back to mainspace yourself. --bonadea contributions talk 09:21, 26 May 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for both. I will keep in mind Ambrishallure (talk) 09:26, 26 May 2026 (UTC)
