Overview

Chromavis Fareva is an Italian contract manufacturer operating in the cosmetic industry. A subsidiary of Fareva Group, Chromavis reports an annual turnover of $150 million and employs around 1.000 people worldwide.

History

Chromavis Fareva was established in 2008 through the merger of two Italian companies, Gamma Croma and Clavis.

In the following years, the company expanded internationally, opening a showroom in New York (2009) and entering the nail polish segment through the acquisition of Durlin France (2010). Additional production facilities were established in Brazil and Poland in 2012.

In 2013, Chromavis became part of the Fareva Group.

In 2021 Chromavis opened a new Headquarter in Offanengo, Cremona, Italy, and an R&D laboratory in Vitré, France. In 2023 Chromavis opened ARGOS , a facility in Italy dedicated to product assembly.

In 2024 a new R&D laboratory has been developed in Brazil and new offices opened in Los Angeles (2024) and Shanghai (2025).
