Corporate history
The company was formed in 2015 following the merger of Concorde Corporate Finance Ltd. and MB Partners Ltd.[6][7] It operates as an independent entity within the Concorde Group framework. The firm's managing partners are Gábor Szendrői and Kálmán Nagy.[8]
