Daniyar Kuvatbekovich Bostonov (born 13 April 1987) is a Kyrgyz public official serving as Director of the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic since 2023.[1]

Career

On 25 April 2023, Bostonov was appointed Director of the State Civil Aviation Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic.[2]

Under his leadership, Kyrgyzstan has worked toward removal from the European Union aviation safety list.[3]

European aviation authorities noted progress in Kyrgyzstan’s aviation sector reforms.[4]

Bostonov has been involved in discussions with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) on digitalization of air transport systems.[5]

He has participated in negotiations on expanding international air routes and bilateral aviation cooperation.[6]

He has also been involved in discussions on opening new international routes, including cooperation with European and regional partners.[7]
