Davidson Academy was a school for African Americans in Tullahoma, Tennessee.

Originally known as Tullahoma Negro School.[citation needed] In 1898 land was purchased on South Jackson Street for construction of a three room school for children.[citation needed] One of the first teachers at the school was John Work Jr.[citation needed]

Historian and poet Jackie Duncan attended.[1]

C. D. Stamps Community Center was named for Crosby DeWitt Stamps who served as principal. His wife was a teacher at the school.

The C. D. Stamps Community Center is on the site of the former school.[2]
