Davis-White State Forest is in Grafton County, New Hampshire, near the village of Glencliff in the town of Warren. The northern part of is owned and operated by the University of New Hampshire. The land was given to the university in 1939 by Frank S. Lord. It has been used for research and timber harvesting.[1]

The forested area includes white pine, hemlock, and hardwoods. Monies from the timber harvest support scholarships for county students.[1]
