Depo DIY is a Latvian company that operates a chain of stores selling construction materials, garden and household goods under the DEPO brand in Latvia (SIA Depo DIY), Lithuania (UAB DEPO DIY LT), and Estonia (DEPO DIY EE OÜ). The company was founded in 2004, and its head office is located in Dreiliņi, Stopiņi Municipality, Ropaži Municipality. The first store opened in 2005.[1]

In Latvia, there are 9 DEPO stores, in Lithuania — 7, and in Estonia — one.[2][3] The first DEPO store in Estonia opened in Tallinn on October 14, 2020.
In 2024, the turnover of the Latvian company SIA “DEPO DIY” amounted to 385.44 million euros, which is 7.65% higher compared to the previous year. The company’s net profit for the reporting period reached 18.35 million euros. The company employed approximately 2,200 employees.[4]
The owner of SIA “DEPO DIY” is SIA “DMT PLUSS”, and the ultimate beneficial owner of the company is Andris Kozlovskis.[5]
