Dominic Brisby (born 24 February 1978) is a British business executive and the chief executive officer (CEO) of Nomad Foods,[1] Europe's largest frozen food company. He previously served as President of North America and Europe at Flora Food Group and held several senior international leadership roles at Imperial Brands.[2] In 2014 he was awarded an Eisenhower Fellowship.[3]

Early life and education
Brisby was born in Yorkshire, United Kingdom. He was educated at Ampleforth College,[4] then an all-boys Roman Catholic public school (i.e. independent boarding school). He holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from St Benet's Hall, University of Oxford.[5]
Career
Imperial Brands (1999–2021)
Brisby joined Imperial Brands as a graduate, holding multiple senior regional leadership positions.[5] His roles spanned Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia, and the Americas.[6][7] Notable appointments included:
- President, Europe, Africa & Australasia (2014)
- President, USA, Europe & Asia (2017)
- President, Americas, Africa, Asia & Australasia (2018–2021)[8]
- Interim Co‑CEO (2020)[9]
During his tenure he achieved record U.S. profit growth and reversed market share declines.[2]
Flora Food Group (2021–2025)
Brisby joined KKR-owned foods company Flora Food Group (formerly Upfield) in 2021 as President of its European division.[10][11] In January 2024, he became President of North America and Europe.[12] Under his leadership:
- the company achieved its highest-ever market share in North America, and
- European operations were transformed through a comprehensive strategy revitalising P&L performance and enabling reinvestment in innovation and brand relaunches.[13]
Nomad Foods (2025–present)
Nomad Foods announced Brisby's appointment as Executive President, CEO‑Elect, and member of the board of directors, on 3 November 2025.[14] A transition period was scheduled until 1 January 2026, when Brisby officially became CEO.[1]
