Elsie MacGill Secondary School (EMSS) is a public secondary school located in Milton, Ontario, Canada. Elsie MacGill is a part of the Halton District School Board, and as of 2024 educates approximately 1000 students.[1] It was opened in 2021. It is named after Elsie MacGill, the world's first woman to earn an aeronautical engineering degree. The school is known to be extremely welcome in the Milton Community, and has a modern layout.

EMSS offers a STEM program called I-STEM, also offered at Aldershot School.[2]
