Fayz Oil Imports LLC is a privately held vegetable oil company based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, registered on 20 December 2021.[1] It operates as part of the Fayz Group holding company and is a member of the Association of Vegetable Oil Industry Enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Background
Fayz Oil Imports was incorporated in 2021 as a subsidiary of Fayz Group, a holding company with operations in Uzbekistan and Afghanistan. According to the company, the vegetable oil division was established in response to supply needs arising from the 2021 Afghan humanitarian crisis.[2]
Operations
The company produces and distributes sunflower oil, cottonseed oil, rapeseed oil, soybean oil, and oilseed meal under the Fayz Food brand. Feed ingredients are handled through a subsidiary, Fayz Agro.[3]
In 2025, the company began construction of a refining and specialty fats plant at the Chirchiq technopark in Tashkent Region, with a planned annual output capacity of 72,000 tonnes.[4] The company also obtained Halal certification for its products in 2025.[4]
Trade relations
In October 2025, Fayz Oil Imports and the National Association of Oilseed Processors of Kazakhstan (NAPK) signed a cooperation memorandum under which the company agreed to purchase US$60 million worth of vegetable oil products from Kazakhstani producers over one year.[5][6]
The agreement was reported in the context of broader trade growth between the two countries: Kazakhstani vegetable oil exports to Uzbekistan reached US$349 million in the 2024/2025 season, according to Kazakhstani industry sources.[7]
