Felix Achibiri is a Nigerian business executive and entrepreneur associated with the financial services, energy, and technology sectors. In the energy sector, Achibiri served as a director at Genesis Energy Group. He was involved in an off-grid power project developed for the Port Harcourt Refining Company under a long-term power purchase arrangement with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.[10]

Achibiri has also been involved in Nigeria's digital identity enrollment ecosystem through his role as chairman of EBE Data Services Limited, a company licensed by the National Identity Management Commission to support biometric data capture for the National Identification Number program.[11]
