Felix Achibiri is a Nigerian business executive and entrepreneur associated with the financial services, energy, and technology sectors. He is the founder and executive chairman of DFC Holdings Limited, an investment company. Achibiri served as chairman of Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc. During his tenure, the bank received regulatory approval for mobile payment operations from the Central Bank of Nigeria and was listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.[6][7][8][9]

In the energy sector, Achibiri served as a director at Genesis Energy Group. He was involved in an off-grid power project developed for the Port Harcourt Refining Company under a long-term power purchase arrangement with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.[10]

Achibiri has also been involved in Nigeria's digital identity enrollment ecosystem through his role as chairman of EBE Data Services Limited, a company licensed by the National Identity Management Commission to support biometric data capture for the National Identification Number program.[11]
