Leadership
On September 17, 2025, Fidium announced a planned CEO transition of COO Gaurav Juneja to CEO effective January 1, 2026. As part of the transition, former CEO Bob Udell became Vice Chairman of Fidium's Board of Directors. [2]
History
The Fidium brand was originally introduced in 2021 as the fiber internet and network services brand under Consolidated Communications’ residential fiber business[3].
On September 22, 2025, the company announced that it would unify residential, business, and wholesale lines of business under the single brand name Fidium [4][5].
