He appeared in the international film Hotel Mumbai (2018) and later in the Gujarati-language film Prem Prakaran In 2024, he appeared in the Hindi web series Lootere. His work includes projects in Gujarati- and Hindi-language productions across film and streaming platforms.

Early Life and Education
Gaurav Paswala was born in Surat, Gujarat, India. He spent part of his early childhood in Dahod, where he lived with his grandparents until the age of five. He later completed his schooling in Surat. He moved to Australia for higher education and earned a master's degree in professional accounting. During his time in Australia, he also worked as a radio jockey. He later studied acting at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Australia before relocating to Mumbai to work in the Indian entertainment industry.[1].
Career
Gaurav Paswala worked as a radio jockey while living in Australia. After returning to India, he participated in theatre activities. In 2011, he made his television debut in the SAB TV series Mrs. Tendulkar, where he played the role of Kalpesh. He later appeared in the Hindi television series Ek Doosre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum.
Gaurav Paswala made his Hindi film debut with 6-5=2 (2014), a remake of the Kannada film of the same name.[2] In the film, he played the role of Raja. He later appeared in Gujarati-language cinema and made his Gujarati film debut with "Je Pan Kahish E Sachuj Kahish" (2016), directed by Naiteek Raval.
He subsequently appeared in Gujarati films including Wassup Zindagi (2017), Order Order Out of Order (2018), and 47 Dhansukh Bhawan (2019). 47 Dhansukh Bhawan was reported as India’s first single-shot Gujarati film.[3] In 2020, Gaurav Paswala appeared in the Gujarati web series Bas Cha Sudhi (Season 3, 2020).
Gaurav Paswala also collaborated with composer Amit Trivedi and director Chandresh Bhatt on the independent music album Lagan Lagi Re (2021).[4]
In 2024, Paswala appeared in the Hindi web series Lootere [5], directed by Jai Mehta. In the same year, he appeared in the Gujarati web series Warso, released on Shemaroo Gujarati, where he played the character Hem.[6]
In 2025, Paswala was associated with several feature film projects released or completed during the year.
Paswala has appeared in television advertisements earlier in his career, alongside his work in television and film. His advertising work formed part of his early professional experience in the entertainment industry prior to his transition into feature films.
