Career
From Worksop, Staniland was runner-up at the 2020 EBSA European Under-21 Snooker Championship, beating Frenchman Brian Ochoiski in the semi final before losing to Aaron Hill of Ireland in the final.[2][3] The following year, he recorded a win over Michael Holt at 2023 Q School.[4]
In March 2026, he qualified for the WPBSA Q Tour Global Play-Offs.[5]
