Horace Vose (1840-1913) was an American poultry farmer. He provided holiday turkeys to the White House from 1873 until his death in 1913.

Biography

In the mid-1850s, Vose and his uncle began raising turkeys. In 1873, he sent a turkey to President Ulysses S. Grant.[1]
