IRIS Bushehr (422) (Persian بوشهر) is the second ship of the Bandar Abbas class that are used as fleet supply ships and are operated by the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy, the regular branch. It is named after the port city of Bushehr, home to an important naval base of Iran Navy as the headquarters of the 2nd Naval Region. The ship is operated as a combined tanker and store ship, which carries victuals, armament, and general stores which is essential to replenish ships at sea since there are no facilities for replenishment at sea (RAS).

On March 5, 2026, the IRIS Bushehr voluntarily interred in Sri Lanka following the destruction of the IRIS Dena on March 4, 2026 by a United States Navy submarine. 208 individuals Iranian Naval personnel were brought ashore: 53 officers, 84 cadet officers, 48 senior sailors and 21 sailors. [1][2]
