Indagare is a travel company founded in 2007 by journalist Melissa Biggs Bradley[1]. Headquartered in New York City,[1] it publishes travel content, operates a travel agency and runs small-group trips.[1]

History

Indagare launched in 2007 as a travel website[1]. Its founder, Melissa Biggs Bradley, had previously served as the travel editor at Town & Country and was the founding editor of Town & Country Travel.[1]

The company has organized small-group tours in partnership with outside publications, including Architectural Digest and Vogue.[1]

The company was named to Crain’s Fast 50 in 2015[2] and has been included on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S.[3]

During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Indagare offered virtual travel programming with livestreamed experiences while many destinations were closed to visitors.[4]
