Early life and education
Ben Horin studied law at Tel Aviv University and later completed an executive program at Harvard University.
Career
Ben Horin began his professional career at the international consulting firm GCS, where he worked alongside political consultants including Stanley Greenberg, James Carville, and Bob Shrum.
He later became active in Israeli public and political life as a strategic advisor and campaign manager, including involvement in election campaigns for prime minister and national-level political campaigns. He also managed the election campaign of the Israeli Labor Party and was involved in campaigns associated with the Blue and White (political alliance) in the 2019 elections.
His work has also included participation in public discourse and campaigns on social issues, including debates surrounding equality of compulsory military or civilian service in Israel.[1]
In 2008, he co-founded the strategic communications and crisis management firm Ben Horin Alexandrovitz together with Tal Alexandrovitz.[2] The firm provides consulting services in crisis management, public relations, and strategic communications to corporations, public institutions, and political actors.
As part of his professional activity, Ben Horin has represented or advised multinational corporations operating in Israel, including Microsoft, Samsung, Qualcomm, Julius Baer, Philips, and MSD.

Ben Horin resides in Kfar Sirkin. He is married to Liran Avishar, former Director General of the Ministry of Communications (Israel), and they have two children.
