Personal Life
In 2000, McIntyre graduated from James Madison University in Virginia.[1] McIntyre currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.[3]
Career
Jason McIntyre began his career at as a staff writer at The Bergen Record, a newspaper based in New Jersey.[2] He later became an editor at Us Weekly.
In February of 2006, McIntyre anonymously founded The Big Lead, a sports blog.[4] He sold the website to Fantasy Sports Ventures in 2010.[5] He later hosted The Big Lead with Jason McIntyre, a talk show for Fox Sports Radio named after the blog.[2]
McIntyre has hosted Straight Fire with Jason McIntyre since 2020, a daily sports podcast from Fox Sports Radio and iHeartPodcasts.[6]
In 2022, McIntyre joined The Herd with Colin Cowherd. He has been a co-host since.[7]
