Comment: In specific, this needs to have sourcing that would pass WP:NCORP. This can be incredibly difficult to pass, as businesses and corporations are going to receive a lot of content that would be considered trivial sources for corporations. So in this situation, articles announcing projects could fall under this banner. You must also be careful about Forbes, as they have content that is written by contributors rather than set staff members. With contributors, the source is only reliable if you can show that the writer is a reliable source that is routinely cited in other reliable sources, particularly in academic/scholarly sources. Now, looking at the guy's bio it offhand seems like he would probably count since he says he won a Tony. Only issue is that once you dig into it, issues with the claim pop up. He is likely counting the Best Play award as a win for himself, as he was part of the production team. Now, the issue here is that we don't know how large of a role he played in the production process. He could have been a very major role or he could have been more of an assistant to an assistant. A look at the production crew for the Broadway run shows a very large list, some of which are individual production companies. As such, there's no telling what his role was - which is why it's important to verify his reliability via other methods. It's kind of a moot point since this article was more of an announcement, but it's still good to pass along. ReaderofthePack(formerly Tokyogirl79) (。◕‿◕。) 20:04, 30 January 2026 (UTC)
