Kubic earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and later received a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where he studied marketing and organizational behavior. [1]

The Adcom Group
Kubic co-founded The Adcom Group in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1989 alongside business partner Mark Nuss.[2] The firm was established in the city’s Flats district and grew into a full-service marketing, advertising, and analytics agency serving regional and national clients.[3]
Kubic has served as chief executive officer of the company since approximately 1990, overseeing its expansion and evolution into an integrated marketing communications firm.[4] Under his leadership, Adcom has emphasized a combination of brand strategy, creative services, and data-driven marketing solutions.[5]
The company has remained headquartered in downtown Cleveland, maintaining a presence in the Warehouse District and later relocating to the Western Reserve Building.[6]
