Capacity
KMB Route 13X is a major route connecting Sau Mau Ping, Lok Wah Estate, and Kowloon Bay to Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui, with extensive service coverage and decent capacity. However, the route is circuitous, especially during off-peak hours when it needs to detour via Wang Chiu Road and Wang Kwong Road in Kowloon Bay. The service for the Kai Yip Estate area, Route 224X, does not have all-day services. After the introduction of the more direct Route 213X, passenger volume has decreased.
