Kasawoo is an architecture and design practice based in London founded in 2020 by Katie Kasabalis and Darius Woo.[1][2][3] The practice was included in Wallpaper* magazine's Architects' Directory 2024, which spotlights emerging architecture studios around the world, and was included among 93 UK practices in the Architecture Foundation's New Architects 5 lineup in 2025.[1][4]

Works

The Root, a prefabricated holiday cabin on Zakynthos, Greece was featured as the cover story of Dwell magazine’s Jan/Feb 2026 ‘The Generations Issue’, with over 200,000 copies circulated worldwide.[5][2][6][7]

Recognition

In 2024, the practice's work was shortlisted in the spatial category of the FRAME Awards.[8]
