The Kinley Estate is a new estate currently under construction in Lilydale, Australia by Henley Homes.[1]. The estate is on the site of the old lilydale quarry[2]. It is expected that 10,00 people will call Kinley home by the end of its construction[3]. It will also become it's own suburb but will share a postcode with lilydale[4]

Master plan
Town centre
Kinley's master plan includes multiple parks, over 2,000 houses and a small shopping centre, Similer in size to the nearby Lilydale Marketplace[5]. There are also plans to add a train station on the Lilydale line[6] and a Government school for children with disabilities[7], but these plans need to be approved by the Victorian government before construction starts[8].
Sports
While there won't be any sports teams based in Kinley, There will be a sports ground that will host games in the EFNL[9].The ground will host around 5-6 home games for the Lilydale Football Club, plus finals. The ground will also be used by the Lilydale Cricket club in the RDCA[10].
Parks
There will be multiple parks in the Estate. The Wetlands have already been built and is viewable from Hull road. It is towards the very front of the estate. Construction on Hilltop Park will get under way soon and will be a play and meeting area in the east of the estate[11]. The biggest park will be Escarpment park. It will feature a large playground, picnic and BBQ spots, an Outdoor multi sport zone and an Events lawn[12].
The old quarry
The old quarry is being repurposed to be a night market filled with food Booths and small shops[13]. The old Silo's are being repurposed to be an art installation. The old quarry wall will be repurposed to be part of the planned escarpment park
Old dairy and bacon factories
The old dairy and bacon factories are being restored and repurposed into a community focused facilities. It could potentially become a paddock to plate restaurant, cafe or an Art Gallery[14]
Nearby area
Kinley is Surrounded by the suburbs of Lilydale and Mooroolbark[15]. Next to Kinley is the Lakeview heights estate, home to 1,000 people[16]. Nearby is Lilydale Lake, an artificial lake constructed in 1990[17]. There is an entrance on Hull road and a planned entrance near the Box Hill Institute in Lilydale[18].
The estate will provide access to Lilydale's activity centre as well as links to Chirnside Park Shopping Centre.
