Production
It was announced in February 2025 that Charlie Kaufman was set to write and direct the film, an adaptation of a short story written by Iddo Gefen. Eddie Redmayne, Tessa Thompson and Patsy Ferran were cast to star.[1] In a September interview, Kaufman stated that production had begun on the film earlier in the year in Belgrade, but it was shut down.[2]
