Flo song From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"Leak It" is a song by British girl group Flo, composed of Renée Downer, Stella Quaresma, and Jorja Douglas. It was released on 20 March 2026 through Island Record, along with an accompanying music video directed by Olivia De Campos.[1]

The single is the group's first release since their debut studio album Access All Areas (2024). Upon release, it entered the UK Singles Chart at number 45. Flo performed the song live for the first time at the 2026 MOBO Awards, where they won the award for Best R&B/Soul Act, their first MOBO win.[2]

Critical reception

"Leak It" received widespread acclaim from music critics upon release, with many noting it as a confident and stylistically evolved entry in FLO's catalogue.

Stereogum praised the track for sounding "less like TLC or 702 and more like the UK girl groups who thrived around the Y2K era," singling it out as "a slinky, hooky track" that "does [the] legacy proud." Clash Magazine called it "sublime R&B as only FLO can conjure" and "an instant anthem," while also noting the track's quality as "a meditation of life in the spotlight."

Rated R&B described "Leak It" as feeling "like a late-night excursion on the town, where every photo taken looks too good to keep private," drawing a parallel to the popular social media caption "Felt cute, might delete later." DIY Magazine highlighted the single's arrival as proof that "FLO play the industry game" with characteristic self-awareness, and noted the track as a strong opening salvo for the group's next era.

Earmilk called it a potential "hot anthem of the summer," and observed that a dance routine from the video had already begun to circulate virally on TikTok ahead of the single's official release.

Live Performances

FLO performed "Leak It" live for the first time at the 2026 MOBO Awards, held on 26 March at Co-op Live in Manchester.[3]
