Austria

In September 2023, Austria's Financial Market Authority (FMA) published a warning advising investors against concluding transactions with MEXC.[1]

Belgium

In July 2024, Belgium's Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) ordered Mexc Global LTD to cease providing custodian wallet services in Belgium and to cease distribution to retail clients in Belgium of certain virtual-asset-linked financial products, citing applicable prohibitions under Belgian law.[2]

Germany

In October 2023, Germany's Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) published a consumer notice stating it was investigating MEXC in relation to suspected unauthorized financial services activity.[3]
