Magda Ositashvili (born 2 September 1997, Tbilisi, Georgia) is a Georgian lawyer, researcher, author and musician. Her scientific field is economic analysis of law, corporate governance and financial regulation. She graduated from the University of Hamburg and has continued academic studies in finance at the University of Zurich. She is also known as the author of the novels Lilith in Seventh House, Vienna's Tragic Opera Ball, and the Georgian-language edition of Lilith in Seventh House.

Magda Ositashvili was born in Tbilisi, Georgia, to Vakhtang Ositashvili, a Georgian engineer and public figure, and Nato Pavlenishvili, a Georgian writer and philologist. Her great-grandparents, Ivane Ositashvili and Tamar Khimshiashvili, were among the first-generation graduates of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, while her grandmother, Magdalina Ositashvili, worked at the National Bank of Georgia until her death.

Magda Ositashvili attended Tbilisi Public School No. 57 (Schumann College) and later Tbilisi Public School No. 4. Between 2003 and 2014 she studied at Tbilisi Music Gymnasium No. 8, where she received professional training in classical piano and violin. She graduated with honors in 2014.

In 2015 she enrolled in the Faculty of Law at Ilia State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2019. Since 2022, she has participated in the Erasmus Mundus Master's Programme in Law and Economics, studying at the University of Hamburg and Pompeu Fabra University Barcelona. She later pursued legal German studies at the University of Bremen and finance studies at the University of Zurich.

Magda Ositashvili has lived outside Georgia since 2019. Over the years, she has participated in international volunteer projects and completed internships in law and finance. She currently resides in Hamburg, Germany, where she conducts research in economic analysis of law and works in the banking sector.

In November 2024, she founded TILE – Law, Business and Economics, a Hamburg-based legal initiative aimed at supporting members of the Georgian diaspora with legal and business-related matters.

Since 2023, she has been a member and supporter of the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU).

On her father's side, the Ositashvili family traces its roots to Georgian noble families historically associated with the Dusheti region. According to family history, the family served as royal noblemen and maintained estates in eastern Georgia.

On her mother's side, through the Pavlenishvili family, Magda Ositashvili traces her descent to notable Georgian historical lineages, including the commanders of King Tamar, the brothers Zakaria and Ivane Mkhargrdzeli. Genealogical records pertaining to the family are preserved in Georgian state archives.
