However, MPA Kapadia talks to DSP Mushtaq and gets Tayyab out of lock-up. MPA asks Tayyab to join hands with him to return his favour and stop giving service to Pir Subhan, but Tayyab doesn't agree to this. Pir Subhan asks his wife to call his nephew - Kamar, as he is young and educated person, who can help in improving Pir's image in front of the public, after his insult due to Tayyab's arrest. Meanwhile, Mehtab's health deteriorates and is admitted in Roshni hospital by her mother against the willingness of her father, how believes that only Pir Subhan can cure her daughter, and her takes her back. The next day, Pir's wife ask Tayyab to bring medicine for Pir Sahab, where he gets in an altercation with Dr. Tabeer in market and intimidates her that he will revenge her.

Tayyab goes back to Pir's home and lies to him that Tabeer told him that she won't let the Pir Sahab rule the place and will ensure that people seek hospital's medical facilities instead of going to Pir Sahab to get treatment or medicine. Pir Sahab sees this as a threat to his ongoing business of using people's trust and calls Tabeer's father to make him understand that his daughter should leave the area soon. Mehtab's health deteriorates and she is admitted to the hospital. Due to consumption of drugs from long time, she suffers multiple organs failure and succumbs to it. SHO Haider also takes Dr. Tabeer's parents to a safe place to live and gives them police security. When the matter cools down, Dr. Tabeer was asked to release from the police custody, but Kamar files an FIR against Dr. Tabeer to get the matter investigated. During this stay of Dr. Tabeer in the lock-up, Haider tells her about the encounter he did that still haunts him in his dream. Kamar gets the medicine that was consumed by Pir Subhan, as the medicines differed to what he had everyday; Pir Subhan's wife asks Kamar to get the medicine lab tested.

The driver was also found, who confirmed that Tayyab gave the medicine to Pir Subhan and he was declared dead when taken to the hospital. Kamar calls the press conference to make the people aware about it. Meanwhile, Dr. Tabeer's lawyer asks for the postmortem of Pir Subhan after the burial, that makes the followers furious, who attack the police station to get Dr. Tabeer. SHO Haider somehow tries to take Dr. Tabeer to a safe place, but Tayyab sees them and follows them. Simultaneous, Kamar holds the press conference where he reveals that Tayyab is the culprit.

SHO Haider takes Dr. Tabeer to an old building. Tayyab follows them and asks SHO Haider to give Dr. Tabeer to him. Tayyab was shot in the leg by SHO and police arrives on the spot when his colleagues try to escape the scene. However, being a doctor, Tabeer asks the policemen to take Tayyab to the hospital for the treatment. Pir Subhan's followers gather outside the hospital, this time they want to avenge Tayyab for Pir Sahab's death. Pir Sahab's wife asks the followers to stay calm and let the police do the duty, as Tayyab should be punished by the law. Tayyab is taken to the police station after this. Dr. Osama tells his dad - MPA Kapadia that he is not interested in politics and want to serve the people like the way he did.
