The company was founded by Mrs. Nirmal Jain, an educationalist and an ex-servicewoman from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (INDIA).[1]
History
Team-NIC was founded in 2001 by Mrs. Nirmal Jain as a sole proprietorship. In 2012, it was registered with the Central Excise Department (Govt. of India) and later in 2021, it was registered as a Private Limited Company with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Govt. of India).[3][4]
