Draft:OAK OKC
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
OAK OKC is a multi-purpose area in Oklahoma City of luxury apartments, retail, restaurants, and is the location of the Lively Hotel.[2] Beginning construction in the summer of 2022, the first stage finished and opened two summers later on September 18, 2024.[3] The Lively Hotel was built with 132 rooms, and there were 320 residences constructed at OAK.[4] Stage 1 finished with eighteen spaces for tenants, three of which were specially designed for Arhaus, RH, and Pottery Barn. Arhaus and RH were new to Oklahoma, while Pottery Barn got its first standalone location in Oklahoma City after leaving the storefront at Penn Square Mall across the street. As of November 2025, three other tenants have set up shop at OAK: Williams Sonoma, Tempurpedic, and The Oil Tree.[5] OAK also currently has three restaurants that are fully opened: The Capital Grille, a fine-dining steakhouse chain[6]; Mesero, a Tex-Mex restaurant[7]; and Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar. All three are brand new to Oklahoma, having come from out-of-state.[8]
