OPPEIN Home Group Inc. (Chinese: 欧派家居集团股份有限公司; SSE: 603833) is a Chinese home furnishing company headquartered in Guangzhou, Guangdong province. The company designs, manufactures, and sells customized home products, including kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, interior doors, and whole-house solutions. It is a publicly listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.[1]

History
The company was founded on July 1, 1994 in Guangzhou by Yao Liangsong. According to the company, Yao was inspired by European-style kitchen cabinets he saw in a Hong Kong property developer's showroom, and identified a market gap in China for standardized, factory-produced kitchen cabinets.[3]
In 2004, OPPEIN opened its first overseas specialty store in Los Angeles, United States, and began exporting products to more than 20 countries and regions, including the United States, Japan, Canada, and Australia.[3] The company subsequently expanded its product lines to include bathroom vanities, wardrobes, and whole-house furnishings.
The company conducted its initial public offering (IPO) on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 28, 2017, raising capital for manufacturing expansion.[3]
Operations
OPPEIN operates five manufacturing bases in China, located in Guangzhou, Tianjin, Wuxi, Chengdu, and Wuhan.[4] The Wuhan facility, which began production in April 2024, represents a total investment of 5 billion CNY. The 560,000-square-meter plant is built to Industry 4.0 standards and features automated warehousing and production lines.[4][5]
In 2024, OPPEIN reported total operating revenue of 18.925 billion CNY.[6]
For the first three quarters of 2025, OPPEIN reported operating revenue of 13.214 billion CNY and net profit attributable to shareholders of 1.832 billion CNY, representing year-on-year decreases of 4.79% and 9.77% respectively.[7] As of September 30, 2025, the company's total assets were 35.365 billion CNY, with cash and cash equivalents of 4.82 billion CNY.[7]
In the first half of 2025, the company achieved revenue of 8.241 billion CNY and net income of 1.018 billion CNY.[8]
International presence
OPPEIN's international expansion began in 2004. By September 2024, the company had opened over 100 branded stores in more than 60 countries, exported customized home products to 128 countries and regions, and completed over 10,000 overseas projects.[3]
In June 2024, OPPEIN opened a flagship store in Panama City, with the opening ceremony attended by Panama's then president-elect (later inaugurated) José Raúl Mulino.[3] In the first half of 2024, the company's foreign trade channel revenue grew by 27% compared to the same period in 2023, making it the fastest-growing revenue segment.[3]
Ownership structure
As of September 30, 2025, founder Yao Liangsong directly owned 66.19% of the company's shares. His brother Yao Liangbai owned 8.14%. Other major shareholders include Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Ltd. (holding on behalf of overseas investors), several mutual funds, and social security fund portfolios.[9][10]
Environmental recognition
In 2026, OPPEIN was selected as a candidate for the national-level "Green Factory" designation by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.[11] The company has also received "National Industrial Design Center" and "National Service-oriented Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise" recognitions from Chinese authorities.[12]
