Presolv360 is an Indian online dispute resolution (ODR) company founded in July 2017 and based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.[1] It provides mediation, arbitration, and negotiation services for civil and commercial disputes in India, conducted through an online platform. History

Presolv360 was incorporated in July 2017 in Mumbai by Namita Shah, Bhaven Shah, and Aman Sanghavi, who previously worked in accountancy, law, and insurance respectively.[1] In 2019, the company participated in Prarambh, a legal technology incubator run by law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.[3]

In 2025, the company raised a Series A funding round of USD 4.7 million led by Elevation Capital.[4]

Operations

Presolv360 has been empanelled by SEBI as an ODR institution[2] and by the High Court of Bombay and the Kerala High Court as a mediation institution. An empirical study titled ArbDossier examined 451 arbitrations conducted on the platform, covering over INR 66 crore in disputed value in the debt and financing sector.[5]

Advisory council

The company's advisory council includes former Chief Justice of India U. U. Lalit, retired Supreme Court of India judge B. N. Srikrishna, and former Punjab and Haryana High Court judge Kannan Krishnamoorthy.[6]
