Early life
Mebine is a professor of Applied Mathematics from Niger Delta University, he had served as the director of National Mathematical Centre the role that he assumed in August 2021 and appointed by President, General Muhammadu Buhari, prior to his appointment as the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University, Otuoke in Bayelsa State.[1][5]
