Ravindra "Ravi" Naidoo is a South African social-impact leader who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Employment Service (Yes), a major private-sector–funded initiative that addresses youth unemployment in South Africa.
Naidoo has accumulated a quarter of a century’ ‘s experience in social change and used the expertise to place young people into years jobs that corporate clients offer. According to President Cyril Ramaphosa, YES is the largest corporate-funded job programme in the world, many of whom get employed in the private sector, once they finish their internship
Naidoo Is also a National Planning Commisioner [1] who holds the position that Seta’s do not work because of a mismatch between supply and demand. [2]
