Ronald Anthony Plantz (born July 27, 1964) is an American former professional football center who played for the Indianapolis Colts of National Football League (NFL). He played college football at University of Notre Dame.[1][2][3]

Comment: The article has been declined a few times due to insufficient sourcing to meet the notability guidance in WP:SPORTSBASIC - it has been submitted again with essentially the same sources and slightly different wording in the article, otherwise it is identical to the April version. College career
Plantz attended and played college football at the Notre Dame from 1982 to 1985.
Professional career
Plantz was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent after 1986 NFL Draft, but he was waived on August 10, 1986, during final roster cuts.
Personal life
His Son Logan played for Notre Dame Football team and his son was running back and current special teams analyst Tyler Plantz who played at Notre Dame. In 2012 Plantz founded AA Medical Store in Mokena, Illinois.
