Saksoft Limited is an Indian multinational information technology company headquartered in Chennai. The company's stock trades on the Bombay Stock Exchange and on the National Stock Exchange of India under the ticker symbol SAKSOFT.[2][3] Saksoft Limited was listed on the NSE and BSE in 2005 after its initial public offering.[4][5]

History
The company was incorporated on 24 November 1999 by Autar Krishna and Aditya Krishna. Aditya Krishna, a former Vice President at Citibank in New York and a graduate of Harvard Business School, serves as its Chairman and Managing Director.[6][7]
In 2006, Saksoft acquired Acuma Solutions Limited, a United Kingdom-based business intelligence and information management consulting firm, for US$17 million.[8]
In January 2015, Saksoft acquired a 51% stake in ThreeSixty Logica Testing Services, a software testing company based in Noida.[9][10][11] The company later acquired the remaining shares, making ThreeSixty Logica a wholly owned subsidiary in 2017–18.
In December 2016, Saksoft acquired a 60% stake in DreamOrbit Softech Private Limited, an IoT and logistics technology firm based in Bengaluru with an office in Delaware.[12][13]
In January 2018, Saksoft acquired Faichi Solutions LLC, a California-based technology firm.[14]
In August 2023, Saksoft acquired Solveda LLC, a digital commerce company headquartered in New York.[15]
In June 2024, Saksoft acquired Augmento Labs, a digital engineering company headquartered in Bengaluru, for ₹100 crore.[16][17]
In September 2024, Saksoft acquired CEPTES Software, a technology consulting firm based in Bangalore.[18]
In January 2025, Saksoft completed the acquisition of Zetechno Products and Services, an information technology services company.[19]
