Comment: The sources about her association with HQ Trivia are are not in-depth, most only mentioning her name once. Source 10, Yahoo, is a interview and does not establish notability. Her feature role does not meet NACTOR either: The person has had significant roles in multiple notable films, notable television shows, stage performances, or other notable productions

Comment: Worked in two notable series, Dirty John and The Purge but the character she played were minor and not a significant role like a lead or a major supporting role. RangersRus (talk) 13:48, 22 February 2026 (UTC)
Comment: YouTube is not a reliable source. Needs reliable sources WP:SOURCE AlphaCore talk 23:04, 9 December 2025 (UTC)
Comment: While the subject is likely notable, the sourcing needs some work; IMDb is not a reliable source and other sources like citation 16 are literally just résumés. The reliability of some of the other sources is questionable. The draft suffers from minor refbombing at times. Rambley (talk / contribs) 19:33, 7 December 2025 (UTC)
I understand the concern that her roles in Dirty John and The Purge were minor and do not establish notability under WP:NACTOR.
However, her primary claim to notability is as one of the original and regular hosts of HQ Trivia, the viral mobile trivia app that peaked at millions of daily players and became a major cultural phenomenon in 2017–2018. She hosted live games for over a year (often filling in for Scott Rogowsky or as a main alternate), reaching audiences of up to 1 million+ per game, as covered in reliable sources including PhillyVoice, Business Insider, Refinery29, and Around Ambler. The app itself has a Wikipedia page, and she is listed among its hosts on the HQ (video game) article.
Scott Rogowsky, the primary host, has a Wikipedia page largely based on the same HQ Trivia role plus similar media coverage. Pribis has comparable if not more exposure and tenure, with additional independent coverage of her hosting.
She also starred in a lead role (Chloe Barlow) in the 2025 feature film Music City Mistletoe, a holiday romance-comedy distributed on Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, and other platforms.
If specific additions or adjustments would help meet the guidelines, please let me know, I'm happy to revise. Thank you again for your time!

Sarah Pribis (born August 12, 1988) is an American actress, producer, writer, and television host. She made her Broadway debut of Les Misérables while in high school and graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Pribis gained recognition as one of the original hosts of the trivia app HQ Trivia, and has appeared in television series such as Dirty John, and The Purge.
Early life
Pribis was born Sarah Lynne Pribis on August 12, 1988, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[1] She grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and began performing at a church choir and appearing in community theater productions as a teenager. Pribis attended Wissahickon High School in Ambler, Pennsylvania, where she starred in a school production of Les Misérables. [2]This role led to her Broadway debut in the same musical's revival while still in high school.[3][4][5] She later enrolled at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.[4][2]
Career
2006–2016: Early theater and television work
Pribis began her professional career with her Broadway debut in the 2006 revival of Les Misérables. Following her graduation from NYU in 2010, she appeared in national commercials and took on early television roles, including guest spots on CBS's The Bold and the Beautiful. She also starred in an infomercial that went viral, called the "Shiney Hiney", leading to multiple appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.[2][6][7] She has also narrated audiobooks, one of the first ones she recorded was on the topic of Budapest.
2017–2020: HQ Trivia and television breakthrough
In 2017, Pribis joined HQ Trivia as one of its original hosts, contributing to the app's rapid rise in popularity with live trivia games that attracted millions of daily users.[3] [8]The app's success, which included international spin-offs and industry awards, elevated her profile as a host.[9][10][2] Pribis hosted the first million player game of HQ Trivia. [8][10][11] HQ Trivia, ceased operations in 2020.[10][12]
Concurrently, Pribis expanded her acting credits with roles in television anthologies and series. She portrayed characters in The Purge (2019) on USA Network and in 2018, she appeared in the first season of Bravo's Dirty John.
Pribis has also discussed working in the hospitality industry to supplement her income while acting.[13]
2021–2023: Film roles and content creation
Pribis continued acting in independent films. She starred in holiday films for Lifetime and Great American Family, such as Crown Prince of Christmas (2023) and A Belgian Chocolate Christmas (2023). As of 2023, she has said that she was writing her own TV show, which she has described as a "dark comedy" and has said it is semi-autobiographical. In a 2023 interview with Business Insider, she stated that she made $6,500 for her first role as a stand-in for a commercial.[3]
2024–present: Content creation and acting
In recent years, Pribis has focused on digital content creation, amassing a considerable following on Instagram and TikTok[14] by sharing insights on mental health, sobriety, entrepreneurship, and the working actor's life. [6] In late 2025, she stared in her first lead role as Chloe Barlow, in Music City Mistletoe.[15][16]
Personal life
Pribis resides in New York City. She has been open about her experiences with addiction of alcohol and drugs[17], as well as her advocacy for mental health in the performing arts. She often discusses her sobriety journey, stating that it gave her "more energy to invest in my career".[6] She has a cat named Sophia.[7][18] She has stated she's in a relationship.
Controversies
In February 2023, Pribis alleged in a series of TikTok videos that she experienced a "toxic environment" while hosting HQ Trivia [8], including hosts being pitted against each other and instances of sexism, such as being reprimanded for her on-air attire.[10] She has stated that the company had ceased working with her after working in the role for a year and a half without explanation.[10] She was not featured in CNN documentary, Glitch: The Rise and Fall of HQ Trivia, on the app's downfall, despite her contributions in pre-interviews before the filming.[8] In return, Pribis made a "Tiktokumentary", to share her own experiences.[8]
