Semen Lyko (Ukrainian: Семен Лико) was a Ruthenian nobleman and an active participant of the Polish-Muscovite war in 1609-1618.

Biography

In 1612, he led a large Polish-Lithuanian-Cossack units on a campaign to the Russian borderlands. He managed to capture and fully destroy Belgorod. Same year, his army attacked Kursk and temporarily captured Putyvl, leaving a small garrison there, while Lyko returned to Lubny.[1]
