Senate Dale Eskridge (born February 2, 1980) is an American civic leader, business executive, and real estate investor based in the Magic Valley region of Idaho. In January 2024, he was appointed Executive Director of the Jerome Chamber of Commerce.[1] He is also recognized for his contributions to the real estate investment community and as a regional commentator on cybersecurity.

Career
Information Technology and Media
Eskridge spent over two decades in business development and information technology management. He held positions at Filer Mutual Telephone and SimplicIT, where he focused on managed services and internet infrastructure for the Southern Idaho region. During this period, he served as a technical expert for local media outlets. In 2019, he provided analysis for KMVT regarding data protection and consumer privacy following major security breaches at Facebook.[2]
Real Estate and Finance
Eskridge is a capital raiser and fund manager specializing in alternative assets, including private equity and real estate syndications. He is a partner at Connected Capital, a "fund of funds" program focusing on commercial real estate.[3]
He is the founder of the Idaho Real Estate Investing Conference (REICON), an annual event held in Boise and the Magic Valley to facilitate networking and education for property investors.[4] Additionally, he co-founded The Idaho Summit, a personal development and entrepreneurship conference established in 2026.[5]
Civic Leadership
As the Executive Director of the Jerome Chamber of Commerce, Eskridge oversees economic development initiatives and member services for the city of Jerome, Idaho.[1] His public service also includes:
