Sethuraman Muthiah or also known as Sethu is a well known individual from Perth, Western Australia. Sethu is known for his contributions to the language Tamil in Western Australia. He is currently the president of the Tamil Association of Western Australia (TAWA) for the 2025-2026 term.^[1]. Sethu also organized the 10th annual TAWA badminton Tournament in late 2025^[1]. He also played a role in organizing the Mellisai Sangamam musical event and arranged large scale Tamil community segments for Perth's Deepavali Mela^[2]. Sethu is known for his hardwork in the TAWA association and many other sections^[1]. Sethu had also played a big step towards teaching the language Tamil to Tamil origin students in Western Australia and teaching them the cultures of the language^[1]

Of the two citations, one is to the society Sethuraman Muthiah is president of, and the other is to Muthiah's Instagram.
