Biographical Sketch
Shen Yulin studied at the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University from 2021 to 2023, and earned dual bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Law.[1][7].[9] Since 2023, Shen Yulin has pursued further studies in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University[1]
Before 2023, Shen Yulin worked at Longpan Technology Group. After 2023, he co-founded Hong Kong Longpan Technology Co.,Ltd. and served as its Chief Technology Officer.[1][7], In the same year, he provided policy guidance to the People's Government of Henan Province and local governments such as Zhongzhan District[1][5]
In November 2022, Shen Yulin launched the public welfare education initiative named the "Huilong Program".[10][8]. From mid-2022 to 2024, Shen Yulin provided free training courses for postgraduate entrance exams in law to hundreds of law students from impoverished families[1][10][2][4].[3] Meanwhile, Shen Yulin also participated in the question-setting work for the postgraduate entrance exams at Renmin University of China[6]
