ShinKwang Chemicals Co., Ltd. is a South Korean specialty chemical manufacturer.[1] The company manufactures electronic adhesives, coatings, and related materials under the ElecFix brand. Founded on 1 July 1995, the company develops and manufactures materials used in displays, camera modules, semiconductor packaging, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and electric vehicle (EV) and energy storage system (ESS) battery applications.

ShinKwang Chemicals manufactures a range of electronic materials, including UV-curable resins, silicone, epoxy, polyurethane, conformal coatings, conductive adhesives (CA), anisotropic conductive films (ACF), anisotropic conductive adhesives (ACA), anisotropic conductive pastes (ACP), optical bonding materials, battery interconnection coatings, thermal management materials, and semiconductor packaging adhesives. These products are supplied for use in electronic assembly, display manufacturing, camera modules, semiconductor devices, and battery systems.[2]

The company's technologies include polymer formulation and synthesis, as well as ultraviolet (UV), thermal, moisture, and reactive hot-melt curing systems. Its products are designed for electronic bonding, electrical interconnection, environmental protection, and thermal management in electronic devices.[3]
