He serves as the Vice President – Business and Global Expansion Head at Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd. He is also the founder and host of The Gilded Mic, a podcast platform focused on entrepreneurship and leadership conversations.[1]

Early life and education
Shrikant Banerjee was born on 2 December 1986 in India. He completed his graduation from Sindhi College of Commerce between 2004 and 2007. He later pursued higher education in international marketing at the Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, where he completed a Master's degree in International Marketing between 2008 and 2009.
Career
Banerjee began his professional career in project management and corporate communications. He worked as a Project Manager at Fleming Europe in Prague, Czechia.
He later joined the Indian Institute of Planning and Management as Senior Manager – Executive Communication and Corporate Relations.
In 2014, Banerjee joined NDTV as an In-house Reporter, where he was involved in television news operations and broadcast reporting.
In 2018, he joined Eventboxx in the operational department and was involved in operational strategy and business execution processes. During the same period, he worked with Dark Lamp Productions as a founder and film director between 2018 and 2020.
In January 2020, Banerjee joined Garment Mantra Lifestyle Ltd as Vice President – Business and Global Expansion Head.[2] In the same year, he founded Full Choices, a business venture focused on entrepreneurship and business development initiatives.
Entrepreneurship
Banerjee is the founder of Full Choices. In 2025, he launched The Gilded Mic, a podcast platform dedicated to entrepreneurship, leadership and professional conversations.
