Career
FiBRO and entrepreneurship
Pandey launched FiBRO in November 2018 with an initial capital of Rs. 10,000. His interest in creating a domestic apparel brand was influenced by the manufacturing scale of the garment sector in Bangladesh.[4] The company's growth and marketing strategy were subsequently featured on the television program The Game Changer.[5]
Revamp Nepal
Pandey is also the co-founder and CEO of Revamp Nepal, an initiative formed to support the local economy following the COVID-19 pandemic in Nepal.[6] The organization's primary objective is to facilitate connections between local businesses and investors while assisting with market entry across Nepal's seven provinces.[2]
Social work and advocacy
In May 2021, Pandey founded Covid Connect Nepal, a non-profit digital platform designed to coordinate emergency services during the pandemic.[7] The platform assisted in the distribution of hospital beds, oxygen cylinders, and ambulances.
Pandey has also participated in youth-led demonstrations advocating for transparency in government spending during the pandemic.[8] He has served as a Global Youth Peace Ambassador and as a National Coordinator for the Global Peace Foundation Nepal.
Political activity
In 2022, Pandey contested the Bagmati Provincial Assembly elections as an independent candidate for the Kathmandu 1 (Kha) constituency.[9] His platform, titled "Economic Architecture," emphasized industrial promotion and economic reform. He received 172 votes in the election.[3]
